We understand that your business depends on ilicomm’s ability to provide a reliable, uninterrupted service.
In light of the recent developments around the Coronavirus COVID-19, we would like to share with you the measures we have put into place to ensure continuity of service.
With the technology investment we have in place we can provide a seamless service should any of our staff and/or colleagues need to work remotely as a result of self-isolation, school closures, impacts on public transport etc.
In the event that If we have to close our offices requiring our entire workforce to work remotely, we would operate as follows:
- Desk phones would revert to softphones allowing continuous phone access to our teams.
- All internal and customer support systems are cloud-enabled with our proprietary ‘Desktop on Demand’ systems allowing secure access from any geographic location.
- All Sales and Administration functions have been cloud-enabled and tested in readiness and form part of our DR policy and commitment to operate to an iso27001:2013 standard.
- Field-based engineering services may be affected subject to changes you may have made to your visitor policies, however, we will provide this service based on a business as usual model where possible.
To help combat the spread of COVID-19 at ilicomm, we have been putting precautionary safety measures in place, including:
- Educating our staff on prevention
- Emphasizing frequent and proper hand washing
- Cleaning high contact points more frequently
- Providing hand sanitizer
